What should I do if my computer keeps freezing?

If your computer freezes while you are using AllSeated, we suggest you try out these tips:

1. Log out and log back in.

2. Refresh the page.

3. Switch browsers. For example, if you are using Safari or Firefox, try Chrome (Chrome works best with AllSeated).
