How do I invite my client in to do the guest list and seating?

To invite your client into the event (or any other person working on the event) go to the “Details” page and click “+ Add Host."

Then type in the person's information and click next to set their permissions.

Choose what they can or cannot do on the floorplan. Once you send the invite, they will receive an email with a link to register to AllSeated and be linked to the event.
